Where We Ship We ship Australia-wide to all states and territories, including metro and regional areas.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As our products are personalised, please allow additional time for customisation before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

• Metro areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Regional & remote areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Delays During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Mother's Day), please allow extra time for delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at geelonggift@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
